PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The biomechanical design of the HD SPARC allows athletes to push themselves harder with limited impact on the knees or joints. Ramp up your workouts with 10 different resistance levels, adjustable via a resistance knob that allows for immediate resistance changing and progression training. View and measure your workout metrics like time, distance, SPM, watts and level on the integrated LCD console, with a phone holder that secures your mobile while you’re working out. Multiple grip positions comfortably accommodate a wide range of athletes, and oversized foot platforms let users choose their own preferred foot placement.
